Condor Immigration Solutions

Parents and Grandparents

This program has two steps:

Step 1: Expression of Interest
Children, as sponsors, must submit an expression of interest to sponsor their parents and grandparents for permanent residence. To qualify, sponsors must meet a minimum income threshold over the previous three years, adjusted according to family size. Spouses are the only accepted cosigners for the application.

Step 2: Invitation to Apply
The Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship of Canada (IRCC) conducts random draws to select a certain number of applicants. These selected individuals will then receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence for their parents and grandparents.

Super Visa in as an alternative for those not benefited from draw. With a Super Visa, your parents and grandparents can stay for up to 5 years at a time, without the need to renew their visitor visa. This visa is valid for 10 years, making it a convenient choice for family reunions.

Requirements for a Super Visa are similar to a regular visitor visa, with the addition of mandatory medical insurance. Sponsors must meet a minimum income level based on family size.

Allow us to be your guiding hand in reuniting with your cherished family members in Canada.
