Family Class

As a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you have the power to sponsor your relatives if you meet specific criteria. You must be at least 18 years old, with sufficient income to support your loved ones in Canada.

Additionally, your spouse can co-sign the sponsorship application if your sole income falls short of the financial requirements.

The relatives you can sponsor include:

  • Spouse and dependent children under 19 who are not married or in a common-law relationship, as well as dependents with disabilities.
  • Parents and grandparents. Alternatively, consider the Super Visa, allowing your parents and grandparents to visit you for up to 5 years at a time with a 10-year visa validity.
  • Adopted children.
  • Orphans, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, and grandchildren under 18 years old
  • Any relative, if you are alone in Canada, and do not have a spouse, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, or orphan relatives that you can sponsor.

Let us be your guiding hand in reuniting your loved ones with you in Canada.
